Car Swap Service:
You are welcome to 'swap your car'. You can take s stored vehicle out and leave an everyday one here with us. Then just 'swap' back when done.
This is provided complimentary and can be arranged on a weekend.
Multiple "car swap" - should you wish to store more than one vehicle inside the unit and swap these over, we can reserve one space but have two storage agreements in place, one for each vehicle.
Insurance:
The company holds valid Insurance with NFU for accident or malicious intent. It's possible to place a vehicle on the company Insurance for a small premium. You are welcome to view the documentation upon when arranging a site visit or book in.
For storage, vehicles must keep/have in place their own personal car Insurance cover with a minimum of third-party fire and theft. And, a copy of the company Insurance policy is available upon request.
When you book in, you must send over a copy of the storage agreement to your Insurance company so they know where the vehicle is being securely stored. Often, they reduce the premium.
Battery Conditioner:
A C-Tek charger is a fully automatic 8-step charger designed to protect vehicle electronics, non-sparking, reverse polarity protected, short-circuit proof, splash and dust proof - these are the best around.
A battery conditioner Is recommended for most cars, although with some, we can simply disconnect the battery altogether. With newer cars, it's recommended to ensure the electronics, computers, and ECU remain in full working order.
Electricity for trickle charge is INCLUDED in the storage fee above..
